Our Policies on Shipping, Returns, Etc...

Shipping and Return Policies for our new Online Store:

Shipping Policy:
If LadySaiyuki.com ("we") has your product(s) in stock, we will email you a shipping notice confirming that the items have shipped and are en-route to you; that notice is our acceptance of your order. In-stock orders (excluding special delivery items) normally ship between 2 business days to 20 business days of placing your order. Out-of-stock orders will ship once the item is back in stock. We will send you the shipping notice once the item is back in stock and has been shipped. How soon you receive the product(s) depends on the shipping method you have chosen.


Orders:
We reserve the right to limit quantities available for sale or sold, and the right at any time to reject, correct, cancel or terminate any order for any reason whatsoever. If the price of any product you order was incorrectly displayed on our Web Site, we will provide you with an opportunity to place an order at the correct price. Your properly completed and delivered order form constitutes your offer to purchase the products or services referenced in your order. Your order will be deemed to be accepted only if and when we send a shipping notice to your email address.



Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel an order, you may try to request a cancellation by logging into your account and canceling your order or by emailing us. However, we may not receive and process your cancellation request before we accept and ship your order, in which case your cancellation request may not be effective.



Returns:

If for some reasons you are not completely satisfied with a product you have purchased, unfortunately we can not refund or exchange the product, because most of our products such as the Ball Jointed Dolls themselves are all hand-customized. There are absolutely no refunds. Please make sure your order is FINAL before you check out.



However, if the product you purchased has a serious defect, we will consider the refunding process. If the product is broken by careless shipping, we will consider running an insurance process. Please contact us immediately in any of those cases.



Liability: We rely on the information you provide through the Web Site, including registration information (name and email address), payment information (credit card numbers and expiration dates), and transaction-related information, which must be true, accurate, current and complete. You will be solely responsible and liable for any and all loss, damage, and additional costs that you, we or any other person may incur as a result of your submission of any false, incorrect or incomplete information or your failure to update your registration information and payment information within 30 days of any change.


Splits:
No splits. It is not our responsibility to calculate your splits and shipping for you. We will ship orders to ONE ADDRESS ONLY. We will not calculate separate shipping costs for group member participants or ship to separate addresses, other than the one through which the order was placed.


No changing shipping destinations after your shipment has left. Once it has shipped, it is out of our hands.



Please make certain your shipping information is kept up to date.
